Mr. Shou graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology, specializing in Road and Bridges.  Mr. Shou is a Senior Engineer with 22 years of real estate project management experience, and along with his wife owns over 55% of Boyuan's outstanding shares.

Ms. Ren Shu

Ms. Ren Shu has a Bachelors degree in English and a Masters degree in Law from the Law School of Zhejiang University.  She acquired the title of Junior Translator in 1997 and acquired the Chinese Lawyer qualification in 2000.

Ms. Mannie Liu

Ms. Liu is the founder, chairman and chief economist of VC China Ltd., a venture capital investment and advisory firm.  Ms. Liu holds a doctorate degree in economics from Cornell University, served on the research faculty of Harvard University from 1993 to 1997, and is currently professor at Renmin University in Beijing.  She is also Financial Advisor to the Beijing Municipal Government, Director of the Boston China Finance Research Center in the U.S., and Director of the VC Research Center of Renmin University.

Mr. Francis Leong

Mr. Leong is a Principal of Sungai River Inc., an international financial consulting company.  Mr. Leong serves as a Director on the Board of Grand Power Logistics and previously served as a Director on the boards of ENMAX and was the Treasurer for the City of Calgary. Mr. Leong holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Masters of Public Administration.

Mr. David J. Horsley

Mr. Horsely is currently Senior VP & CFO at Sino-Forest Corporation (TSX:TRE).  Mr. Horsley joined Sino-Forest in 2005; was an Independent Director since 2004, member of the Audit, Compensation, and Corporate Governance Committees. He was previously Senior Vice President and CFO at Cygnal Technologies Corporation.  He also was previously Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Canadian General Capital Limited.

Dr. Fang Lixin

Dr. Fang is a professor at the Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University and is active on a number of boards, associations and government committees, including the Zhejiang Real Estate Law Association, Legislative Advisory of Hangzhou People’s Congress and the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government.

Mr. Tang Wei

Mr. Tang has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He earned the title of Engineer in China in July 2006 and Assistant Economist in China in May 2008. Mr.Tang joined the Company in 2004 as Sales Manager, and in 2006, was appointed Assistant to the President of the Company.
